Demo Referral. Earn a $25 giftcard for every referral that results in a demo.  This is contingent on a qualified FieldServio demo with a determined decision maker from that organization.  FieldServio reserves the right to determine if this demo is qualified for the referral program and payment of any reward.

New Customer Referral.  Receive a $500 giftcard for each referral that results in a new FieldServio customer signing on!  This is payable once the new customer has signed on and paid 100% of their FieldServio implementation fees.

How to Participate

Referrals can be made by the in app link to the form for submitting referral information.

Reward Criteria

New Customer Referrral: We value the trust you place in us by referring a company, and we want to honor that. The reward for the New Customer Referral is payable only once the referred company has paid their entire FieldServio Implementation Fees. Please understand that this process can extend beyond 12 months, given our commitment to best practices and ensuring a seamless adaptation for our partners.

Demo Referral: the company or individual you refer must not have already been involved in a demo of our software within the last 12 months. The contact you provide in your referral must be directly involved with the FieldServio demo and be dictated as a decision maker within their organization.  We reserve the right to determine whether this individual is a decision maker.

Eligibility

FieldServio/Standpoint Technologies employees and their immediate family are not eligible.

You must be a current customer or user of FieldServio.

Program Changes

Our referral program operates on the foundation of mutual growth and collaboration. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time, for any reason. Our priority is to maintain a sustainable and positive environment for our community and to adapt to changing circumstances as necessary.

Payment

Rewards are processed in USD and delivered as a Visa gift card or similar. We believe in rewards that reflect the hard work and commitment you show by participating in our program.

Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

Multiple Referrals

If multiple referrals for the same customer are received, precedence will go to the first referrer. That said, our final decision may consider various factors such as the referrer’s role or their contribution to fostering the partnership. We are dedicated to fair and thoughtful consideration in these scenarios, embodying our principles of partnership and collaboration.

Referral Fraud

Any fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the program.  FieldServio/Standpoint Technologies reserves all rights to determine whether activity meets the threshold of fraudulent activity and thereby disqualify the referrer from any reward or further participation in the program.

Privacy

Participants’ information will be handled according to our privacy policy.  Referrers should obtain consent from individuals they refer.
